refund & returns policy

1. OVERVIEW
This policy applies to all orders (retail & wholesale) from WildDogSA.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Damaged/defective items: report within 7 days.
- Wrong items: report within 7 days.
- Non-defective items: returns only for B2C under change-of-mind policy within 14 days (not wholesale).
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Bulk/custom orders.
- Special imported products.
4. REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 14 business days of receiving returned items.
- Partial refunds for partial returns.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Defective items: WildDogSA pays return shipping
- Non-defective items (B2C only): customer pays return shipping
- International returns: customer pays duties/customs
6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
